Business Development Manager — eLearning

Sales/business development specialists, with 5+ years of relevant experience in the eLearning domain. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing the sales and marketing databases for eLearning Solutions.

You’ll need to be a go-getter and help drive exponential growth, with a hunger for identifying prospects, pursuing sales opportunities, and closing deals. You must be innovative, great at business networking, and passionate about achieving your targets.

What you’ll do:

  • Spearhead new business development and client management across India and Overseas – US, Europe and other international markets
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and customer feedback
  • Demonstrated high-level achievement in business development and/or new business Enterprise sales within the eLearning Services industry
  • Present company service offerings to prospective clients and create project proposals and sales presentations
  • Always strive to meet or exceed your sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure that business development efforts are aligned with overall organisational goals
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Focus on delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience

What you should have:

  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
  • Experience generating business in Custom Content Development, Customised Learning Management Systems (LMS), and eLearning Consulting solutions
  • Proven track record of success selling in the eLearning domain
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using HubSpot / Zoho CRM or similar
  • Any UG or PG with 5+ years of relevant experience

What would be great to have:

  • B Tech / MCA / MBA / PGDM – business, marketing or related field
  • Experience in the eLearning domain
  • Experience in selling in the US, Europe and other international markets
