Solution

We developed a comprehensive web portal for the Mahindra Stars programme. It has been in use for the past 5 years. The portal, accessible via a dedicated app, has registered over 15,000 employees. It now serves as a central employee database and facilitates direct disbursement of performance-related incentives to employees’ bank accounts.

  • Oversaw the participation of over 15,000 employees through the application
  • Implemented tests and quizzes for different employee categories with a grading system utilised by assigned managers
