The client, a leading OEM in the global automotive industry, needed a sales-enablement solution to quickly disseminate training and product information for new product launches. They also required a system to easily manage leads and inquiries as part of their dealership readiness efforts.

Solution

We developed a fully customised application suite for sales representatives at Tata Motors dealerships to enhance their interactions with customers. The suite features a guided buying journey, from initial inquiry through to purchase. It provides quick access to training materials, sales tools, and financial calculators. The solution is available on desktops and portable devices; it was deployed across multiple geographies, offering support for multiple languages and localisation to meet diverse needs.
