We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Marketing Specialist with strong experience in B2B lead generation for IT services, technology solutions, and digital business offerings.
This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, campaign strategy, paid media platforms, and ROI-driven execution. You’ll plan, launch, optimise, and report on campaigns across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant paid channels.

What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and relevant third-party platforms
- Work with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements based on geography, industry, ICP, buyer persona, and business goals
- Build campaigns for brand visibility, demand generation, and qualified B2B lead generation
- Manage campaign execution from keyword research, audience targeting, ad setup, bidding, and creative testing to landing page optimisation and reporting
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers to create landing pages and campaign assets
- Optimise campaigns month-on-month by analysing performance data, identifying gaps, and improving the right campaign parameters
- Improve key performance metrics such as CPA, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROAS
- Run A/B tests across ad creatives, copy, landing pages, CTAs, and visual elements
- Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards
- Share insights and recommendations that help improve paid media strategy, budget allocation, and campaign outcomes
What you should have:
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing or performance marketing experience
- Experience working in the IT, technology, software, or digital services industry
- MBA in Marketing or a related qualification with relevant experience
- Proven hands-on experience with paid ads across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation campaigns and paid media funnels
- Ability to plan, launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns independently
- Good understanding of keyword research, smart bidding, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect campaign performance with business outcomes
- Experience managing budgets with a clear focus on ROI, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
What would be great to have:
- Experience with tools such as SpyFu, SEMrush, Zapier, or similar marketing and automation platforms
- Familiarity with landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement
- Experience building dashboards and campaign reports in Looker Studio
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys for software development, custom applications, ecommerce, web applications, and AI-led solutions
- Exposure to paid media campaigns for India, US, or international markets
- Ability to work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign alignment
