We’re looking for a creative and hands-on digital marketer with 2–5 years of relevant experience. You’ll be responsible for executing campaigns, driving engagement across channels, and supporting SEO and content initiatives. The role requires creativity, ownership, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn
- Coordinate and manage email marketing initiatives
- Brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas, captions, and posts
- Post and monitor content to ensure brand message consistency
- Work closely with design and content teams to create engaging creatives and copy
- Support ongoing SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation
- Assist in day-to-day marketing operations and implementation
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimisations
What you should have:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools and LinkedIn marketing
- Familiarity with video and photo editing apps (Inshot, Canva, etc.)
- Good understanding of SEO best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (a plus)
