Senior Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on digital marketing professional to join our growing marketing team at Focalworks.

This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B marketing experience, a good understanding of the technology industry, and the ability to drive measurable results through SEO, content, email marketing, thought leadership, webinars, and inbound marketing programs.

You’ll work closely with marketing, content, design, sales, and technical teams to create campaigns that build visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across India and international markets.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and contribute to digital marketing strategy with the marketing team
  • Own and execute campaigns across SEO, email marketing, content marketing, newsletters, webinars, LinkedIn Live, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Drive organic traffic and qualified inbound leads using relevant digital marketing best practices
  • Build and optimise campaigns for IT services, software development, digital experiences, and emerging AI-led solutions
  • Conduct market research for India and US regions to understand target audiences, buyer personas, pain points, and decision drivers
  • Work with the content and design teams to create campaign assets, landing pages, emailers, social posts, and promotional material
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and business teams to gather inputs and align campaigns with business priorities
  • Track, monitor, and report marketing performance across multiple digital channels
  • Use analytics tools to generate insights, measure campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements
  • Support brand-building initiatives and contribute ideas that strengthen Focalworks’ presence in the technology services space

What you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing
  • MBA in Marketing or a related qualification with relevant experience
  • Experience marketing IT services, software solutions, or technology-led offerings
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, inbound marketing, and lead generation
  • Ability to plan campaigns independently and manage execution across multiple channels
  • Strong research skills with the ability to understand markets, audiences, and buyer behaviour
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance, metrics, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities with ownership

What would be great to have:

  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, or reporting tools
  • Exposure to campaigns targeting US and India markets
  • Understanding of LinkedIn marketing, webinar promotion, and content syndication
  • Experience supporting brand-building initiatives for technology or IT services companies
