Goal
The client is one of the leading OEMs in the automotive industry globally.
They needed a sales-enablement solution to facilitate quick dissemination of training and product information as part of their dealership readiness for new product launches and easy management of leads and inquiries.
We built a completely custom application suite for sales representatives to improve their interaction with the customer, with a guided buying journey from initial inquiry through the various phases to the actual purchase of a car. It also provides quick access to training material and other helpful sales tools and financial calculators. The solution is delivered over desktops and portable devices and was deployed in multiple geographies with multiple languages and localisation support.
