Dayre is a subscription-based online journal and community tailored for women, providing a safe space for authentic sharing and supportive connections on topics from beauty to motherhood and career
The client needed to create an app that would provide a safe, inclusive online platform for women to share their thoughts and stories. The platform would need to be built on a contemporary paradigm, balancing editorial and user-generated content.

Solution

We developed a mobile app using React Native to leverage code reusability for rapid development. We implemented a microservice architecture for API development using PHP, Node.js, and .NET to meet various application requirements. This approach enabled efficient collaboration among teams and ensured the platform could support secure interactions and content sharing.

Highlights

  • Engagement of over 6 years
  • High-performant backend infrastructure, with a microservices-based architecture and decoupled mobile and web front ends
  • Support for multiple content types – audio, video, text, and stickers
