Padcare is a company dedicated to sanitary waste management solutions. They provide disposal and recycling systems for sanitary pads, which work towards environmental sustainability and promote environmental responsibility.
The client wanted to digitise their operations management to improve data handling, streamline communication across all stakeholders, and enhance transparency. Their objective was to transition from manual processes and communication to a comprehensive web-based platform.

Solution

We developed PadcareOne, a comprehensive operations management application. PadcareOne’s secure, encrypted MySQL database provides real-time tracking and management of all important operational data. This ensures that up-to-date information is always accessible—which in turn allows for streamlined operations, timely responses, and efficient resource allocation. Our application provides a seamless communication channel between all stakeholders, ensures data security, and reduces the risk of error. It also standardises operational procedures, which makes for improved efficiency and better accountability.

Centralised, Real-time Tracking and Monitoring

PadcareOne monitors—in real time—waste bin installations, maintenance services delivered and those scheduled, service requests, waste collection, and customer complaints. This helps Padcare improve response times.

Impact Reports

Our application generates detailed reports on information about the number of pads collected, the amount of material processed, landfill area saved, and carbon equivalents saved. These reports help with resource management and generate valuable insights for Padcare into the positive environmental impact of their services and processes.

Operational Insights

PadcareOne tracks bin installations, service completions and complaint resolutions, enabling data-driven decision-making and optimisation of resource allocation.
